An advocate has filed a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission against Subhash Pathri, the organizer of World Meditation Conference at Maha Pyramid in Kadthal of Mahbubnagar district. In his complaint, the advocate has alleged that Pathri misbehaved with women devotees. The commission, which has accepted the petition, has ordered the district collector and police to give a detailed report in this by February 18. Meanwhile, collector of Mahbubnagar district already ordered a probe on this last night when a news channel had telecast over the sleazy episode of Pathri.

It may be noted that Pathri founded a meditation society and on a grand note he organized World Meditation Conference wherein scores of VIPs that included bureaucrats and ministers attended the conference. This conference started on December 21 and concluded on December 31. On January 1, a news channel aired an episode on Pathri followed by other news channels. Today, when the same news channel went to the spot to meet Pathri, the followers of the latter allegedly thrashed journalists and set an OB van on fire. It's unfortunate that VIP s are supporting fake babas who allegedly loot not just people but the public money from the government. Famous preachers, prophets and others never sought the money of the public. What money and lavish facilities have to do with spirituality? If this question strikes any common person, then he/she will never ever approach any such fake gurus and babas.
