Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar has said that YSRCP and Telugu Desam Party should tell their stand on Telangana statehood issue at the all party meet convened on December 28. He has also asked these parties not to beat around the bush over the issue. Also, Ponnam Prabhakar questioned as to how would it be fair for these parties to tour Telangana without giving their stand on the issue.

It has to be mentioned here that the Centre convened all party meet on December 28 to know the stand of all parties on Telangana issue as the government stressed on consensus amongst political parties to carve out the pending Telangana state.
