Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy would leave for New Delhi shortly today, Saturday evening after he received a call from the party high command. This has been the reason for several speculations that there could be a leadership change in the state.

The CM was asked to make himself available on Saturday evening and cancel all programs if any on Saturday and Sunday. A few sources have quipped that the reason behind the sudden calls was just a few talks and his active participation in the rally to support the Foreign Direct Investments FDIs, it can be guessed that canceling all the scheduled works to be available immediately suggests something much more grave.

“If it is only for participating in the party rally, why is the invitation on such short notice? Wouldn't the programme have been fixed long ago. Whether there is going to be any decision on the leadership change in the state or on Telangana issue remains to be seen,” a source said. Only time will tell.
