Congress MP Chiranjeevi has reached Rashtrapati Bhavan along with his family. He's going to swear in as the minister of state in a short while from now. Chiranjeevi has said that getting ministry post was not a promotion but a responsibility. Further, he has said that he would convene a press meeting this evening wherein he would be telling his feelings and opinion on getting the cabinet berth. It is known that prime minister Manmohan Singh telephoned Chiranjeevi and asked him to come down to Delhi.
