Does Sharmila's walkathon signal 'AP Eves era'!

Looks like the lioness on the prowl, might turn out as a pain to the present rulers, in the near future. The YSR Congress Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister Sharmila Reddy has already registered her winning grace in the recently concluded byelections. Now with the massive walkathon embarked by the cub, of the Late Chief Minister YSR, is sure to send nausea flavor to the administration. Critics ask, will this unleash, 'an all woman's  era' in the state, which could eventually lead her to the throne in adverse situations.

During her earlier mass contact events, many people had bestowed their confidence  when she addressed, 'Nenu mee Rajannna biddani vachcha !' (I the daughter of your Rajanna (YSR) have come!). The response was phenomenal and the YSRCP won 15 of eighteen seats, by poll seats in June. Hence this padayatra by the leader is sure to keep many restless in Hyderabad and Delhi too.

Well for all of you who are unaware of the latest developments in the state, Ms Sharmila is embarking on a massive walkathon across the state covering almost 3,000 kms and it is to commence from 18 October. With this fete Sharmila will emulate her fathers walkathon from Chevella to Icchapuram in Srikakulam braving the summer heats of 2003.

Sharmila is to pay respects at her Father's memorial in Idupugallu (Kadapa District) at 11.00 am , today and proceed on her walkathon.  In all, the six-month-long tour would take her round almost all the districts touching at least 125 constituencies before culminating at Icchapuram.

The walkathon by the YSRCP leader is christened as ‘Maro Praja Prasthanam’. This mass contact programme would serve the twin purpose of highlighting failures of the State government and the Congress party’s alleged nexus with the TDP. It is also aimed at boosting morale of the party cadre.

Beware the Lioness is out on the prowl, particularly wounded after her bro' is denied bail, weak hearted keep away, to save selves, say sympathizers. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
