NTR on Parliament premises?

Hindi Academy chairman Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad has demanded the Centre to erect the statues of legendary N T Rama Rao and Alluri Sita Rama Raju on Parliament premises. He has also said that even though permission was granted for setting up these statues on Parliament during the tenure of GMC Balayogi, it didn't take the real form since the then chief minister Chandrababu Naidu didn't respond. It may be noted that Chandrababu Naidu allegedly back stabbed TDP founder N T Rama Rao to adorn chief minister's throne. So, Yarlagadda's statements didn't surprise the political observers.

Now that Yarlagadda made sensational statements, it's up to TDP whether or not to respond on these allegations. Many political observers felt NTR was one of the best politicians that India ever witnessed. He was the only person who threw Congress out of AP for quite sometime and apparently brought respect to Telugu speaking people. Right from banning alcohol to giving kilogram rice for just two rupees, NTR's ideologies were hailed by scored of people of Andhra Pradesh, added observers who supported the demand of Yarlagadda.
