A woman has allegedly slapped a traffic sub-inspector of police, who was on duty. The sources said that the incident happened when the cop fined the woman named Divya for parking her car in 'no-parking' area in busy Ameerpet area of Hyderabad. Irked with the act of cop fining her Rs. 200, Divya reportedly slapped him in public in broad day light while the cop was on uniform.

Since Divya slapped a police who was on duty, she was arrested by the police and was shifted to Punjagutta police station in the city. Notably, this is the first time that a person allegedly slapped the traffic police in the city.
