Cross voting tension for Congress!

Is Congress worried about cross voting in presidential elections? Yes, say our sources. It's known that Pranab Mukherjee is the presidential candidate backed by UPA and there have been rumours that Telangana state formation got delayed due to Pranab Mukherjee. In the wake of these rumours and the sensitive Telangana sentiments, the Congress high command is reportedly ensuring that it leaves no stone unturned. As a part of the same, the Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi held meeting in New Delhi to apparently warn that everyone should vote for Pranab Mukherjee.

Political analysts on the other hand have said that Congress MP s created ruckus and even got suspended from Lok Sabha for raising slogans in favour of Telangana state and this act of suspension apparently disturbed them. Although the MP s said they would vote for Pranab and also asked other legislators from this region to vote for Pranab da, the observers feel MP s might change their mind at any point of time.

So, there are many speculations on cross voting in Congress. If something like that happens, then one can expect Sangma as the next president of the country.
