Rosaiah says he didn't receive notices

The Andhra Pradesh former chief minister and Tamil Nadu Governor Rosaiah has said that he was yet to receive the notices from the ACB court and he would respond only when he receives them. It may be noted that ACB Court served notices on K Rosaiah in connection with alleged irregularities in land allocation. It may be noted that there have been allegations that Rosaiah allegedly gave away 9.3 acres of government land worth crores in famous Ameerpet area of Hyderabad to some private individuals when he was the chief minister of the state.

The notices were sent to him on June 18. It is known that K Rosaiah retired from active politics by becoming Governor of Tamilnadu. He was earlier the chief minister of the state and served as finance minister in YSR cabinet.
