Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar launched a tirade against another Congress MLA from Vemulawada Chennamaneni Rameshrao. On Wednesday the MP met the speaker Nadendla Manohar and submitted a complaint, to disqualify the MLA.  The MP alleged that in the last three years, not even 100 days the MLA had attended the assembly. He went on that most of the time Mr Ramesh was out of country. Adding, the MLA was on a dual assignment as a member of the assembly in India and in Germany, is working as a professor.

He also said that the MLA was not allowing any developmental programs in the area and was filled with pride. The MP lamented that being an MP from the backward caste; the MLA was showing his attitude to him.

Finding fault with the MLA for drawing salary from two sources, the MP wanted the speaker to disqualify the MLA. In addition all the salary money drawn by the MLA has to be claimed from him, according to the angry MP. (With Inputs from Internet- Aarkay)
