Police excesses on YSRC activists will be dealt legally

It is a known fact that the CBI is questioning the YSR Congress Chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in the disproportionate case the last three days. In the meantime many activists of YSR Congress, across the state have been taken into custody by the police. The action is to control unwanted chaos and violence in case of any eventuality. However the YSR Congress party severely condemned the callous attitude of the police and said that police excesses would be dealt legally. The official spokesperson of the party Bhaji Reddy Govardhan said that the police were acting at the behest of the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy. The main reason for such violence, the leader feels, is the growing patronage to the party from the public.

Mr Govardhan said that the ruling Congress party has hatched a clever plan to keep the party activists from canvassing for the by-polls. He said that the Congress wanted to create commotion by arresting Jagan. And in turn blame the YSR Congress party activists and leaders, as responsible for the chaos. So as preventive measures, the leaders were arrested but in reality this would keep YSR party away from campaigning. (With Inputs from Internet- Aarkay)
