Hunt underway to catch 4 prime accused in Hyd riots

The Hyderabad police are searching for four persons from Hindu community who were responsible for disturbing the peace in Hyderabad by triggering communal clashes.  According to the police, a beaf piece was hurled at the wall of Hanuman Temple in Kurmaguda of Madannapet area. This has triggered communal clashes in the Madannapet and Saidabad areas. The police said that all four accused belong to the same area and they were in late twenties. The city police also confirmed that they would be arrested within 48 hours.

While the hunt for four key persons already started, the police took over twenty accused into the custody and the investigation proved that these four persons were responsible for clashes. The police reports also indicate that this act was done with a political motive and the main intention was to disturb the brotherhood, peace and tranquility in Hyderabad.

Addressing the media, the police also mentioned that they have all evidences to prove that four main accused belonged to Hindu community. It may be recalled that communal clashes broke out last Sunday in Hyderabad in Saidabad and Madannapet areas and the police imposed curfew in these areas to control the law and order situation.
