Mukesh, Anjan spat continues over Secunderabad

The verbal duel between Minister Mukesh Goud and congress MP Mr Anjan Kumar Yadav over the Secunderabad seat has exposed the cracks in the congress armor in the parliamentary constituency.

Mukesh Goud first announced he would contest to the Lok Sabha from the Secunderabad constituency in the next Lok Sabha elections in 2014.

Objecting to this, Anjan Kumar Yadav warned Goud not to entertain such hopes. “I am a two-time MP from Secunderabad. How can you enter when I am there?  I will not keep quiet if you entertain such ideas,” the sitting MP warned the Minister.

Joining issue with him again, the Minster reiterated his resolve today saying there is no going back on his idea of contesting from Secunderabad. “Secunderabad belongs to its people. It is not the Jagirdar of Anjan Kumar Yadav. He must know this,” Mukesh Goud told newspersons in Hyderabad. (J)
