Cong conspiring to send me to jail: Naidu

TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu alleged that congress leaders have been conspiring to send him to jail for the last several years but they wouldn’t succeed in their nefarious designs.

Speaking on the motion of thanks to the Governor’s address in the assembly today, Naidu warned them to stop their evil designs at least now. “I know you have been making failed attempts to put me in jail but you will never succeed,” he told them.

Responding to the allegations leveled against him by the Chief Minister and some other ministers, Naidu said he came out clean from all 35 cases filed against him and investigated by 24 inquiry commissions.

“You have not even left my son alleging Satyam Computers spent money for my son’s education in the US,” he said and handed over papers relating to the expenditure of his son’s education to the Speaker.

Naidu said he worked hard to bring the convention centers of international standards to Hyderabad but the government has been using them for conducting congress meetings. “You have been destroying the convention centers and the Gachchi Bowli stadium by conducting party meetings there,” he told the Government.

Earlier, TDP members objected to the allegations leveled against Chandrababu by the CM. Again, when Chandrababu spoke, congress members created uproar in the assembly.
