Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), an IT trade facilitation organization sponsored by the Government of India, will organize its second 3-day annual international B2B event ‘INDIASOFT 2012’ from March 21, 2012 at Hyderabad International Convention Centre in Hyderabad.

Sponsored by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India, the unique event will host 365 IT buyers from around 75 countries from Latin America, Africa, CIS, ASEAN, North America, Europe, Middle East, China, Japan, Korea etc.

The show will provide a platform to the Indian IT companies to develop joint ventures, strategic alliances, business and marketing tie-ups with several international IT companies on a wider scale.

The ESC’s first such show was held at Pune for two days on March 25 and 26 last year with the participation of 350 delegates from 60 countries. The delegates interacted with 120 IT exhibitors at the INDIASOFT 2011 which helped some Indian IT companies increase their footprints globally.

The mega show will help the Indian IT companies enhance their visibility to leading global players, strengthen their brand equity, forge strategic linkages and expand their businesses and launch new IT products and services.

The IT exhibition will also enable the Indian IT companies gain first hand information about global market dynamics and get access to some cutting edge solutions and the newest trends emerging in the industry besides taking them to the doorstep of industry leaders.

The ESC, established in 1989, has successfully steered the direction of India’s Electronics and Software Exports to achieve the export volumes of over US $ 56.33 billion during 2008-09. Under the aegis of the Council, the IT services exports have reached to over 200 countries across the world establishing the hallmark of India’s quality and competitiveness.
