Veteran freedom fighter, former minister and Gandhi Bhavan Trustee MS Rajalingam, 92, died of heart attack today in Hyderabad.

Rajalingam, who hailed from the Warangal district, breathed his last in the wee hours at Yashoda hospital where he has been undergoing treatment for some ailments for the last four days. Chief Minister Kirankumar Reddy, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana and several other congress leaders expressed their condolences over the death of Rajalingam.

Rajalingam was felicitated on Dec 28 at Gandhi Bhavan on the occasion of the Congress party formation day. (JUBS)
