Even as the YSR congress party announced that the party president Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy would soon launch his Odarpu Yatra in Telangana, TDP leaders made it clear that they would not oppose Jagan Yatra.

“He has a fundamental right to tour anywhere he likes and we are not going to object or create hurdles,” TDP leader Revuri Prakash reddy told journalists in Hyderabad today. “We will contest all the seats wherever by polls are being held,” he also said.

Prakash reddy also said that the issue of Telangana has no connection with the by elections as both are different. “They can’t be linked together at this juncture,” he added.
