Pharmacy student commits suicide in Kakinada

A D. Pharmacy student committed suicide by hanging himself in his room, away from the college late last night. The neighbors alerted the police today morning about the eerie silence from the room. The body was found in his room after the cops broke open the doors, in Kakinada. The neighbors identified the victim as Sarath Mahesh (22) from Tuni, was studying in a Pharmacy college in Korangi in East Godavari district.

Mahesh had rented the room and used travel daily to his college. As usual on Tuesday, he went to his college and returned in the evening. After he came back he did not come out till the next day morning and the neighbors got suspicious. They immediately approached the police. It is learnt that Mahesh hanged himself in the room after returning.

Student suicides have become common, these days. Either the pressure or the love failures turn up as reasons. But in this case the reasons are yet to be ascertained. Investigations are on say the police.
