Dayakara meets Guv on Polavaram tenders

TDP Telangana Forum leader Mr Errabilli Dayakara Rao threatened to approach the High Court or Supreme Court on the illegalities committed in the award of Polavaram Project tenders.

Talking to reporters after leading a delegation to the Governor ESL Narasimhan in Hyderabad, he said they have submitted a memorandum to the Governor requesting him to order an investigation into the illegalities of the Polavaram tenders by a sitting judge of the high court.

Dayakara rao said they have approached the Governor as there was no response from the TRS and the Congress parties on the allegations of illegalities.

“If the Governor also doesn’t take any action on our memorandum, we will approach the Centre and if necessary we will go to the high court or Supreme Court,” said the TDP leader.

Denying the allegations that TDP was hand in glove with the congress, he said it would soon be revealed who joined hands with whom. “We will introduce no confidence motion in the assembly on the problems of the farmers in the state,” he said, adding that the trust vote will reveal the secret understandings of parties.

Dayakara rao has alleged that the mass general strike was called off at the behest of TRS chief KCR who got the Polavaram tender project in favour of his men.
