For the fifth day in succession, CBI officers continued their assessment of the value of the Lotus Pond residence of YSR Congress party chief YS Jagan mohan reddy in Hyderabad today.
The CBI sleuths, accompanied by Income Tax and GHMC officials, spent time since this morning in assessing the value of the house and the appliances therein. They have already completed the assessment of the house owned by Jagan’s sister Ms Sharmila.
Meanwhile, senior officials of the ICICI bank and Hetoro Drugs today appeared before the CBI sleuths and faced grilling by them with regard to the case registered against Jagan for allegedly possessing illegal properties.
Nani shocks Jagan
Congress MLA Mr Aalla Nani, who was till recently in the camp of YS Jagan, seems to have changed his loyalties.
During the chief minister Kirankumar reddy’s tour of the West Godavari district on Monday, Nani held secret consultations with the former. He also presided over a meeting where TTD chairman Kanumuri Bapiraju was felicitated. Reports said that Mr Nani has also refused to meet Jagan.
