The Ananthapuram sessions court today found eight of the 13 accused guilty in the murder case of TDP MLA Mr Paritala Ravi. The court sentenced all of them for life imprisonment.

Those who are found guilty and sentenced to life term are Hanmantha Reddy, Peddi Reddy, Obi Reddy, Vadde Konda, Vadde Srinivasulu, Rekhamaiah, Narayana Reddy and Ranganayakulu..

The court said prosecution failed to prove the involvement of four others in the case. They are Pattolla Goverdhan reddy, GV Reddy, Ananda kumar Reddy and Ramaswamy Reddy. The court said they were not guilty and released them. 
Mr Rammohana Reddy, who turned approver in the case, was also set free by the court.
