Protesting against the refusal of the AP Bhavan authorities in Delhi to allow into its premises the dead body of Mr. Adi Reddy who committed suicide for the sake of Telangana in Delhi on Wednesday, the Telangana political JAC today gave a call for Telangana bandh on Friday.

Revealing this to media persons this evening in Hyderabad, the JAC convener Prof Kodanda ram said the JAC has called for bandh protesting against the AP Bhavan’s decision today not to allow the Telangana martyr’s dead body inside its premises and also against the Kirankumar reddy government’s decision to use ESMA against employees who served a strike notice.

“The government is trying to suppress the movement by obstructing the funeral processions of our Telangana martyrs and take away the rights of the employees to strike work by using the ESMA,” said Kodanda Ram.

The congress and TDP of the Telangana area have announced their support to the bandh on Friday.
