Bringing curtains down on the speculation of the entry of his son Lokesh into the TDP politics, party Chief Chandrababu Naidu made it clear that his son would not enter politics.“My son Lokesh Naidu is interested in his business and has no interest in politics. He would not enter into politics,” declared Chandrababu Naidu during his speech on the second day of Mahanadu today.
Requesting the party leaders and cadres not put up flexi banners and cut outs highlighting Lokesh, Naidu said that would cause embarrassment to him. “Kindly don’t put me to embarrassment by your actions,” he asked the leaders and workers.
Earlier, some activists and leaders from the Chandragiri assembly constituency met Mr. Naidu and requested him to appoint Lokesh as the in-charge of the constituency. Naidu then asked them not to come out with such demands. “Such actions will be considered as violation of the party discipline,” he told them bluntly.
