Hariswar, Nagam decide to defy NaiduDefying the party instructions that no one should conduct the pro-Telangana meetings without carrying the party flag, TDP MLA Hariswara Reddy said today that he has decided to conduct ‘Telangana Nagara’ public meeting at Parigi in Rangareddy district on May 21.

Speaking to media persons in Hyderabad, he said the meeting will not be conducted in the name of TDP as he had invited leaders of other political parties and organizations for the meeting. “Our aim is to work for and achieve Telangana state and there won’t be any party flag at the meeting,” he said, adding that he was not against the TDP.

Meanwhile, another TDP senior leader Nagam Janardhana Reddy said in a separate press conference in Hyderabad that he would continue to work for separate Telangana state till his last breath.
 
The statements of Hariswara Reddy and Janardhan reddy gain importance as they come with in hours of the TDP Telangana Forum announcing that the Forum will conduct a Padayatra on May 23 from Gun Park in the city to Yadagirigutta demanding introduction of Telangana Bill in Parliament.
