Million March will spoil T students’ career

Million March, T Students, Intermediate examinations, academic career of students, agitations, minister Sridhar BabuT region minister D.Sridhar Babu today made it clear that the intermediate examinations scheduled from March 7 onwards would be held as per the pre-determined schedule. “The government has decided not to postpone the examinations and they will be held as per the announced schedule,” the minister told a media conference this evening in Hyderabad.

Stating that the students in the Telangana area would suffer because of the agitations, the minister said that some people have been asking for the postponement of the examination scheduled for March10. “But the issue is even if we postpone the March 10 examination, the national level examinations meant for that day will not be postponed,” the minister clarified.

The Million March proposed to be held for March 10 would result in suffering to Telangana students only, he said and appealed to all concerned to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations keeping in view the future of the students.  

“Leaders of all political parties are doing their best for achieving the Telangana state and we have confidence in central government and the leadership of the congress party. We have to wait for a decision on the Telangana issue,” he said and added that there is no use of spoiling the career of students.
