Even as the  popular Telugu daily Andhra Jyothy continues to expose the ill treatment meted out to God-man Satya Sai Baba by his Trust Board members and personal aides, doctors treating Baba told media persons Sunday evening that they did not know about the medical treatment extended to Baba before March 28 in the Prasanthi Nilayam.

When the government specialist Dr Ravi Raj said that Baba was improving but his condition continued to be critical, journalists asked about the details of the sickness of Baba and the treatment extended to him in the Prasanthi Nilayam before March 28 when he was admitted to the hospital in an unconscious stage.

Ravi Raj said he was not in the know of things before March 28 and gave the mike to Satya Sai Super Specialties Hospital director Dr Safaya asking him to answer the query. But Safaya told journalists that he too did not know any thing about Baba’s sickness or treatment given to him before he was admitted to the hospital.

Dr Safaya failed to respond when asked if he had started treating the Baba without studying his earlier medical reports or knowing his earlier health status confirming indirectly the media reports published by the Andhra Jyothy daily.

The daily in a series of stories said that the Baba was held hostage and ill treated by his personal aides and Trust members.
