No legal heirs to Baba: Bhagavathi

justice-bhagwatiJustice Bhagavathi, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and member, Satya Sai Central Trust, declared there are no legal heirs to the departed spiritual leader Sri Satya Sai Baba.

Speaking to the media in Puttaparthy today after the Baba was laid to rest, he said that there are no differences between the relations of Baba and the Trust members. Stating that the activities of the Trust will be carried out with the same vigour and enthusiasm as earlier, Bhagavathi said things would be conducted in a more transparent manner and Puttaparthy would continue to grow as the country’s great spiritual centre in future too.

Echoing the sentiments of Justice Bhagavathi, BJP leader G. Kishen Reddy told journalists in Hyderabad that Puttaparthy will turn out to be the greatest spiritual centre of the world in future. He asked all sections of the society to extend their cooperation to the Trust to carry out its activities in right earnest.

“There is no need for the government to take over the Trust,” he said, adding that no one should entertain any sort of doubts about the functioning of the Satya Sai Central Trust.
