Police register cases against KCR, Swami Goud

KCRSwamiGoudHyderabad police have registered sue motto cases against TRS president K. Chandrasekhara Rao and the JAC leaders of the Telangana employees’ associations Mr Swami Goud and Vital for provoking agitators during their speeches.

Saifabad police, who registered the cases under the section 153 A of the Police Forces Rights Control Act, said both Swami Goud and Vital had commented that Telangana police personnel too would participate in the on-going mass general strike.

“The two leaders made the comments at a meeting of the excise employees in Hyderabad two days before the Dasara festival. Based on these comments, we had registered cases against them,” said police officials.

Police said they had registered a case against KCR for asking agitators to conduct physical attacks on MLAs and MPs of Telangana for not resigning their posts. “He made these comments in his speech at the meeting of the electricity department employees in the mint compound few days ago and we have video proof of this,” they said.
