TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has finally wrapped up his massive walkathon, Vastunna Meekosam that lasted for six months. Started on October 2, 2012 from Anantapur district, Chandrababu Naidu moved from district to district and reached the other end of the state, Vishakapatnam on April 27 and concluded his padayatra.
What did Babu achieve in padayatra? Was he able to take the party in the public to the core? Can he expect to come back to power now? These are some questions that are being in the air ever since Babu's padaytra has come to an end.
Chandrababu Naidu reached Hyderabad last night after so many months wherein he went to home from Shamshabad airport. The statements he made in during this massive rally apparently gave some hint about the answers to the above questions. Chandrababu Naidu said that he would soon announce the second phase of fight. This line of his, as per the observers, sends across a message that his Vastunna Meekosam padayatra was not satisfactory. The observers said that Babu apparently wanted a second phase fight since he was presumably not sure if this padayatra alone can bring him back to power.
Anyway, now that elections are just a year ahead, one has to wait and see how TDP is going to go ahead in dragging the attention of the public further.
