Babu denies 'Jai Telangana': TDP Supremo N Chandrababu Naidu was put in an embarrassing moment by the Telangana political JAC(TJAC) the other day. TJAC was busy with its plan for gathering the support for the all-party-meet on T issue, proposed on Dec 28.

T JAC leaders were meeting various party heads and requesting them to support their cause. In the process the Co-Chairman of TJAC, Srinivasa Goud visited the TDP Supremo along with a small contingent to express their point.

During the meeting TJAC requested Babu to personally attend the all-party-meet and and express a favorable solution to enable T formation. Babu said that TDP would always respect the Telangana people's opinion and would stand by them. Encouraged by this TJAC requested Babu to repeat the slogan, 'Jai Telangana.' Babu was speechless for a few moments and shied away with a smile.

What did the sly silence of Babu mean? He could not go against it as he was right now in Telangana on his massive walkathon 'Vastunna Mee Kosam.' On the other hand he could either shout the slogan that would displease his colleagues of the other area. Poor Babu, felt critics.

Kiran-Owaisi tug of war: The MIM and Congress have parted ways on issues, but the fire between the party leaders is till burning within. After the split, old city dominated by the Owaisi brothers  is looking slightly different. Things are not going all that favorably for the brothers, claim sources. In fact there were instances that the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy claiming that he knows how to deal with the MIM at the recent Congress meet.

Another incident that took the critics in surprise is that the alleged accused of 'murder attempt'  on one of the brothers, Akbaruddin Owaisi, Pahilwan met the CM. In the meet he submitted a plea that there were numerous cases of 'murder attempts' on the Owaisi brothers and urged action on them. CM was showing favorable signs to take action on the plea, claims sources. Another strategic move by the CM was to have consultations with MBT party, the arch rivals of MIM party. Does this mean that a possible alliance between the two is on the anvil?

Babu wants to use all-party-meet to decimate Congress:  TDP Supremo N Chandrababu Naidu is a man of strategies, is the general quote of the political circles. Babu's analysis of the all-party-meet seems to stand as mirror to his intelligence.

According to sources, Babu feels that Congress wants the other parties to first spell out their opinion on Telangana and then it would disclose its. By this the Congress would like to damage the prospects of the TDP in Andhra region by projecting him as pro-Telangana leader. So instead the leader want to use the same weapon against decimating TDP's arch rival.

Also Babu has been getting feelers from his T supporters that as TRS was losing its shine, it would be the right moment for the party to support the T cause and gain people's sympathy. In order to work out a strategy, to achieve both objectives, Babu is to hold a party meet of leaders from Andhra region on Wednesday. (Wishesh AarKay)
