Crisis in Aam Aadmi Party

Post elections, leaders from Aam Aadmi Party are quitting it and also the leaders are blaming each other over the election debacle. Adding fuel to the fire, Senior leader Manish Sisodia accused another senior Yogendra Yadav of making AAP internal matters public. Manish wrote a letter to Yadav in response to the email sent by Yadav to all the AAP leaders upon quitting the party Political Affairs Committee [PAC].

Manish questioned Yadav in his letter which said, “you have alleged that the PAC did not took your suggestions. However, PAC also did not wanted you to contest the elections. Chief Arvind Kejriwal supported you and it was fair enough. But when Kejriwal did not support you in tiff with Navin Jaihind, you call him supremo.”

Last week Yogendra Yadav quit the PAC following fight with Navin Jaihind and even the later too resign to the PAC. Apart from the internal wars, leaders like captain Gopinath, Shazia Ilmi, Anjali Damania have resigned to the party recently. Shazia Ilmi quoted that internal democracy lacks in AAP for her resignation.

The national executive of the AAP is scheduled to hold a meeting later today at the residence of senior leader Prashant Bhushan and all the issues might come up for discussion said sources.
