FIR against me unconstitutional: Moily

Union Oil Minister Veerappa Moily has said that the Delhi Chief Minister's case against him and others is unconstitutional. He also clarified that there is no question of stalling gas price hike from April 1. In December, the government of India hiked the gas price twice of the current market level and this hike has sparked the controversy.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal ordered the ACB to file on FIR against Oil Minister Moily and Mukesh Ambani, India's richest man. Delhi CM also wrote to PM Manmohan Singh to stall the price hike till the enquiry against Mr. Ambani is completed. Meanwhile Reliance Industries [RIL] has described the case as "shocking" and reportedly said it could respond with legal action.
