China air pollution turns a curse for their tourism

State media announced the prominent fact on Saturday the number of tourists visiting China's capital declined beyond 14 per cent in the first half of this year compared to 2012 characterized by air pollution blamed for the decline.

Furthermore, the state-run China Daily described in detail, confirming official statistics that the total number of tourists arriving in Beijing during the first half of 2013 experienced disastrous fall with 14.3 per cent compared to the same period preceding year. The report described further that it it is perhaps the first time that China's capital has experienced a decline in inbound tourists over the first six months of a year since 2008. Reports added that the total number of tourist visits during the period was 2.14 million.

Absolute shockingly, constant air pollution remained responsible to the incline downward in tourists, along with a weak global economy, the paper quoted Mr Lu Yong, director of the Beijing Commission of Tourism Development while expressing.

That's certainly the intense impact of the technological advancement intending towards globalisation in not only in China yet around the globe. In actuality, the high-end factor in scientific advancement in China has turned their nation into a polluted one. That urgently needs to be dealt with seriously to let it not further up such higher degree of disturbance inviting darkness to the humankind.
