The post-mortem report of Delhi rape victim to be issued today (January 01) by Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore. The rape in moving bus, at national capital shook the entire country, with wide protests across the lengths and breadths of the courtesy.

Brutal and beastly assault on Amanat aka Damini aka Nirbhaya (not the real names) who later succumbed to injuries after fighting to survive for thirteen days, is the most discussed topic across the country. The post-mortem report of the victim who died in Singapore after the country shifted her for treatment, is to reach Delhi today.

The DNA report handed over yesterday by forensic experts to the police would be considered along with the  post-mortem report for filing the case, against the six accused in the case. All were immediately arrested by the clever handiwork of the sleuths.

The 1000-page chargesheet would be submitted in the court on Thursday, according to sources. Police also have listed the recordings of nearly 30-40 witnesses on the Delhi gang rape case. The victim's testimony was also conducted by two different Judges, however the video recording was not done due to technical reasons.

Sources also claim, all these would be a part of the chargesheet that had been listed with due consultations by legal experts. One of the accused was a minor and would be tried in Juvenile Justice Board. Cops have urged for a death sentence to all the six accused, add sources. (Wishesh AarKay)
