Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy has made a very bold statement accusing the whole Nehru-Gandhi family, specifically targeting the general secretary of Congress Rahul Gandhi of abusing the government amenities and running a fraudulent organization.

In a news conference, Swamy said that Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia Gandhi had a 76% shares in Young Indian company.

He went on to add that Rahul had not disclosed the ownership in the company while filing the affidavit to the Election Commission as he filed his nomination for the Lok Sabha elections in 2008.

He accused the them of using public money for funding the private company. He also said that Sonia Gandhi's residence, 10 Janpath, was used as the venue for the meetings of the Private company which was legally wrong.

He added that Herald House in Delhi has been merged with the Young Indian while the building of the former was rented out to the Passport Office whilst demanding over Rs 30 Lakhs as rent every month. Furthermore 76% of the rent would be pocketed by Rahul and Sonia he said.

Swamy has demanded a CBI inquiry into the case.
