Anne Hathaway who recently won acclaims for her role in The Dark Knight Rises has made headlines after she has tied the knot with Adam Shulman, an American Actor in the scenic setting of the Big Sur on the coast of California on Saturday night.

There were over a 100 guests for the wedding that spanned over two days. The rehearsal dinner on Friday was held at the Ventana Inna and Spa.

The ceremony was held in the private estate, just around the corner according to the People magazine. The wedding dress was custom designed gown by the renowned designer, Valentino.

According to a source, the wedding decor was inspired by nature, with many branches used to create a ceremony and reception to blend in with the majestic Big Sur surroundings.

The wedding too place after the couple were together for four years. They got engaged last November.
