The police in Bihar donning the khaki outfits have assumed a power of their own and turned to be violent and brutal. In a recent shocking incident a Bihar Police was caught on camera manhandling an accused.

The accused had been involved in some dispute with another man. According to the police, one of the man was drunk to his wits and when the police tried to placate them.

After this incident the locals too helped the police beating him mercilessly so much so that the accused had become unconscious. The victim was taken to the hospital by a policeman in a rickshaw while sitting in the seat and the unconscious man at his feet, feet on his chest.
The policeman further dragged him by his hair in the hospital.
