Syed Zabiuddin Ansari alia Abu Jundal has reveal critical information regarding the collaboration between Lashkar e Toiba and Indian Mujhaideen and their joint bases in various locations spread across the country for planning acts of terrorism in the future. Information regarding the blasts with the intervention of LeT and IM that have happened in the past four years has also been extracted from Jundal.

The search for some of the terrorists named by Abu has started in Hyderabad and Banglore, sources said. Search squads have already been deployed in various other states such as Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Kolkata.

“Jundal has proven to be a treasure trove of valueable information regarding the plans of Lashkar, his arrest was essential to national security”, sources said. “He revealed names of several terrorists based in India after interrogation”, they added. However, officials have refused to disclose any of those names who worked for both Lashkar and IM,. Officials reported that Riyaz Bhaktal and Iqbal Bhaktal were monitoring the training programs of Indian Mujhaideen in India.

At least 9 email ids and the contact list of Jundal were revived from the international sim cards from sources. The SMS conversations have revealed a great deal of poetential information between Jundal and other Lashkar operatives based in Saudi, Pakistan and India. An email also revealed the location of Fayyaz Kagzi who was allegedly hiding in Abu Dhabi.
