With Supreme Court turning down the petition of Talwars, who sought quashing of trails in connection with Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case, the dentist couple will appear before the Ghaziabad Court. Nupur Talwar and Rajesh Talwar are accused of killing their teenage daughter Aarushi Talwar and the domestic help Hemraj. The CBI, which probed the case, accused the dentist couple of honour killing. The investigation officials earlier also told the court that Rajesh Talwar used a golf stick to repeatedly beat his daughter, until she lost her consciousness, after she was found in a compromising position with the domestic help Hemraj. Later, the dentist couple slit the throat of their daughter, said CBI officials earlier.
