Accusing the Gandhian and anti-corruption crusader Mr Anna Hazare of promoting Brahmanism, social activist Swami Agnivesh said there was no democracy in the Anna movement.
Speaking to media persons in Delhi this evening, Agnivesh said that Anna Hazare would throw out all people who don’t fall in line with his group. “They can’t bear any dissenting voices in their agitation,” he alleged.
He said there was evidence of RSS stamp in the agitation without any scope for the presence of Dalits and Muslims in the campaign. “The team of Anna and Arvind Kejriwal will only take all decisions,” said Swami Agnivesh.
Agnivesh said that no one cared for him when he had argued against building a cult over Anna indicating that he was thrown out of the anti corruption movement for expressing his opinions boldly and openly.
