Sometimes, there would be few situations, where you might be asked by the office management, to stay for extra time. At those times, generally the employees accept it hesitatingly and that hesitation can even be identified by the management too.

But, instead of showing the hesitation, make your management feel that, you accepted it, taking it as a challenge and working for the growth of the company.

In fact, that is the best opportunity to prove yourselves, when you are asked to stay extra, it means the work you are going to do is an utmost important one. If the work has that importance, instead of feeling it as a burden, take it as a challenge and complete it with high range quality.

Then obviously, a strong impression would be formed in the minds of the management regarding you, which would be advantageous to you immediately or later.
