Microsoft Windows 7 has several handy tips and secrets built into the operating system. Minimizing the multiple opened windows is as easy as Windows+ D which works for whole line of Windows OS but Windows 7 has another special handy shortcut that will allow you to minimize all the windows but the one that you are working on.

Just click on the mouse and shake it to close all the windows that you have open. The one you click on shall remain maximized but the others will find their way to the taskbar. Do this again to revert all open windows to the normal state as before.
