• Write problem in question form. Writing your problem in question form could gain you easy access of removing your mental block. Instead of saying, "We're losing our capital investment". Try to write, "How to gain our capital investment" or "how to recover our capital". In this scenario, you're looking at some possible ways how you could regain your lost capital by using this strategy.

• Problem or opportunity.

Those pessimist looks at problems as the end of the world, they think that problems has no more solution, so they end up frustrated and isolated.

While the optimists looks problems at a different perspective. The considers a problem an opportunity, so they make ways to capitalized problem to be of advantageous to their favor.
