The "Lost in Translation" actor Scarlett Johansson is eying alternate career option these days, a radical one one top of that.

And no, she is not considering singing, directing, producing or even giving a voice-over for other movies.

The big buzz is that the 28-year-old talented star is vying for a career in politics. Yes, that is a shocker!

The 'Match Point' was heard saying that although  a full on political career seems like a stretch, she is open to the possibilities.

Johansson further said that if “she has more time, she might be able to get involved in politics as she never closes doors on things like that.”

With the actor candidly expressing her keenness, we might soon hear the news of the young actor joining a political crusade.
