Arrangements in place for Group II exams

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has made all arrangements for the Group II examinations. The secretary of APPSC, Malakondaiah has told the media today that all arrangements were in place. Group II examinations aims at filling up 119 executive posts and 406 non executive posts this year. A record level of 5,48,336 candidates have been allotted hall tickets. Even if half of them appear for the exam, one can say that there will be a very tough competition for Group II services.
These examinations are going to be conducted on Saturday and Sunday at 1360 centres across the state. Recently, the applications were invited for Group II exams and the receipt of applications closed just two months back. The observers said that for the past two years APPSC has been conducting exams swiftly after releasing the notifications.
