Nag's clever move
Battle between movies might be common in Bollywood, but in Tollywood (where most people live together like brothers) don't want to compete with each other and create rift between fans. And that's why the dates of the release of many movies have been postponed. Nagarjuna's Damarukam movie too joins the list of postponed movies this year. Nagarjuna's much awaited movie, Damarukam is scheduled for a grand release on October 12 while power star Pawan Kalyan's movie Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu is all set for a mega release on October 11. So, it looks like Nag wants to avoid competition.
It is known that CGR has created much hype much before it went floors and people are reportedly excited about the movie. So, Nag apparently felt that it was a bad idea to release Damarukam the very next day of CGR's release. Therefore, he reportedly adviced film producer to change the release date. Moreover, Naga presumably felt that there should be a gap between two films of a single hero. As Nag's Shirdi Sai would be released next month, he wants Damarukam to hit theatres sometime in November.
