Of course, compromising and adjusting are the keys for a successful and long lasting relationship; this is possible only when you do it with completely accepting the same. Just for the sake of preventing the relationship from a break up or to prove rest all are wrong and your decision of getting into this relationship right, you end up compromising for everything, then there would come a point for you to compromise even on your personality. If you want your relationship to have some value, then never drag it to this level. If you believe you cannot compromise on certain things and situations better don't do that and let the same get communicated to your partner in a right way, then and there. Rather than ending up cursing yourself for being in a relationship that matters you nothing, be in such a relationship to which you put your 100% effort by being yourself.

Be genuine in analyzing and speaking on a problem. Many times, just because YOU are not happy with the relationship, you will try finding faults in your partner. This will end up nowhere... there is nothing called 'it is too late to think about getting out of a relationship now'... if you are not happy with the relationship or you found there is no reason to continue the relationship, don't continue for the heck of it.
