The Telangana TDP officials are Leaving no stone unthrown towards the TRS government. Now, they had taken another big step against it, by approaching the court. It is known that, few of the TDP leaders have shifted their route to TRS by joining the party. Increasing the fuel in the fire, the TRS party officials have decided to drop in one more candidate to contest in MLC elections. So, when the fuel is increased, generally the situations would be more serious. Petition to make them ineligible to voteContinuing the trend of this logic, the Telangana TDP officials have approached the court and filed a petition on the leaders of TRS Party who jumped from TDP recently. The petition is all about making those jumped candidates ineligible to vote in MLC elections.TDP officials get 1+1 offer? It would be a 1+1 offer for TDP, if the court accepts the petition because, it would not only be a good solution for the revenge on those candidates who left TDP, but also, a good way to target the opposition party TRS, who criticizes TDP in almost every public meeting.   As a part of 'Operation Aakarsh', the Telangana TDP officials are aiming their guns at the leaders who left the party and joined TRS for their personal benefits. The TDP officials are proceeding legally with the 'House motion' petition, with the intention of making the jumped candidates from TDP, ineligible to be MLAs and also to vote in MLC elections. With this, the TDP officials are estimating that this action would show a greater influence on TRS party too. However, the court's approval regarding the petition filed by the Telangana TDP officials is still awaiting. No more luxury of Lutyen’s for ousted ministers and members May 25, 2015 16:35

Politicians, bureaucrats and other government employees will not be allowed no longer to overstay in the bungalows or flats in Lutyens' Delhi by paying market rent, a practice which was prevalent during the UPA regime, said urban development minister M Venkaiah Naidu. "Government is not out to make money through collection of market rent. Priority is to give everyone his due as per rules. The government's efforts in the matter of streamlining allotment of government bungalows is part of the larger architecture of ensuring rule of law," he clarified."Having lived in Lutyens' zone for long, they are keen to remain there. Now, most such VIPs will be accommodated in the Commonwealth Games Village," said an official of urban development ministry. The Officials said that during the UPA regime, the Cabinet Committee on Accommodation (CCA) indiscriminately regularized overstay. When the extended time came to an end, requests for further extension started coming, but the NDA government had to say sorry, whether it was the case of Lalu Prasad or the wife of former minister Arjun Singh. The request for extensions to keep bungalows was sought on various grounds such as children's education, medical grounds, AIIMs being nearer and security. But the government has made it clear, that government houses will be allotted to only for private persons who have Z plus category security. With the defeat of almost all the UPA ministers, “it was a Herculean task to make way for new ministers," an official said. Even after a year of the new government took charge, four ministers including a Cabinet minister are still waiting for an official accommodation as per their entitlement. For clearing the mess and there is no discrimination, rules won't be bent for anyone. Citing the example of Yashwant Sinha, when the former finance minister was told that it would be difficult to grant him an extension, the veteran BJP leader moved out in a week, Naidu said.Allotment of government houses had almost become a real estate activity given the clamour for an address in the VIP area. There is more clarity now. Besides VIPs, several chairmen of tribunals and commissions are also entitled to government bungalows.By Premji

Flaws in Inter exams revaluation! May 25, 2015 16:10

It is known that, the Intermediate results have been announced in both the Telugu states, but the candidates who are not satisfied with the results have applied for the revaluation. But it seems to be like, the board was negligent on valuing the papers and the fact was out in the  media when the students raised their voice at the intermediate board office. The students who were deeply disappointed with the results, have applied for revaluation recently. But, they had to face a shock from the board, as it failed most of the meritorious students in the exam. Not only failing, it also declared the results of the first year students as second year and also clubbing one student answer sheets with some other students. By observing all this, the negligence of the board was clearly understood by most of the parents and students. Speaking to the media, a few of the students and parents said that, how can a merit student who scored more than 80% in the main exam, fails after the revaluation?, with this, the negligence of board can very clearly be known to the public. The situation turned more violent when the student unions have joined the issue.  Board commissioner condemns students arguments:On the other hand, few of the board officials refused to speak to the media and this made the  people to confirm the negligence of the board. Meanwhile, after few trails, the media has managed to gain the response of the board commissioner. He opined that, there is no such base in the argument of the students, and further added that there are no flaws in the results declared. (Video Source: NTV) By Phani

Blow to Kejriwal - Anti-Corruption wing under L G May 25, 2015 15:27

The Delhi government led by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), is chief minister Arvind Kejriwal is staring at a bigger loss, during his tussle with the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung. As per the latest notification by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Anti-Corruption Branch of the Delhi government has been barred from registering any cases against the officers and political leaders of the central government. This effectively puts ACB under the control of the L-G.“The ACB is a small offshoot of the NCT and it can book cases only against Delhi officials and not against officials of central government or officials of state government. That is why the central government issued the notification as a clarification. The Delhi government can’t use this tool to book central government officials, central ministers or corporate leaders belonging to other states on anti-corruption charges. Its jurisdiction is limited to Delhi alone,” S K Sharma, former secretary of Delhi Assembly, said.“Citing the MHA notification, the L-G in his next move may also take control of the ACB, justifying that he being a representative of the President of India and administrator of the Government of the NCT of Delhi, has full control over law & order and police, and this anti-corruption body is a part of Delhi Police,"a senior government official said.An AAP MLA told, "The Home Ministry’s notification is not only unconstitutional but illegal as well. It’s an attempt to give absolute power to the L-G. The notification is an insult to Delhi public, who elected us to form a government in Delhi with a huge mandate.” He added, "We may move a resolution against the MHA’s notification during the two-day ‘emergency session’ of the Assembly. The government is also exploring the legal option against the notification. In this emergency session, deliberations will be on the Home Ministry’s notification and issues related to sharing of power between the elected government and the L-G.”Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia told, “We’ve ended corruption in government departments in just three months. But, the L-G failed to control corruption during the President’s rule in Delhi and now he wants to usurp the authority. Except land, law & order and police, the rest of the departments are with the Delhi government. It’s a conspiracy of the Centre against us and through muscle-flexing it wants to gag us. The Centre is trying to have control over Delhi by violating the nation’s federal system but, we won’t let it happen.”By Premji

AAP again in the path of Anarchism May 25, 2015 15:00

Aam Admi Party which is struggling with its own problems in the organisation to give dictatorial powers to its leader Aravind Kejriwal, was not able to rule the Delhi state, instead raising constitutional crisis by being at logger head with the L G. Kejriwal and his team are up in arms to create much noise rather than govern. Before coming to power itself, the party is aware that the Delhi assembly does not have any power as of other states. To hide the failures of the government which is having an overwhelming majority is hiding from reality and fooling the people of Delhi. The limitations of Delhi assembly, due to it being a Capital state was being ruled by different government all these years without any hue and cry. AAP, from the beginning was clever at playing shoot and scoot. The masters of shoot and scoot are happy that they are able to pass on the blame of failure to the constitution. The AAP is set to hold an 'open' Cabinet meeting at a public event to mark 100 days of coming into power, and spell out their legislative intent. A resolution rejecting the Home Ministry's latest notification giving the Lieutenant Governor absolute power over the appointment of bureaucrats.@Modiji himself said and they put it in their manifesto to give Delhi a full statehood. Now, when the issue has come up, let alone our right, or talking about it, they are trying to bully us (dadagiri dikha rahen hain). Delhi government will not be mum on the issue," Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia said."If the confrontation continues, the Lt Governor can report to the President under Section 239 AB of the Constitution that he is not able to run the state as per the Constitution and therefore, the President may take over. It means imposition of President Rule," constitutional expert Subhash C. Kashyap told. The clever Kejriwal and AAP also want this to happen, so that they can cry victim and run away from their failures. The people of Delhi are running out of their patience seeing the drama of AAP. The day is not far to see the people of Delhi is going to take the broom to beat and clean the state from anarchist AAPtards.By Premji

Naidu situation- Cat on the wall May 25, 2015 13:50

On Monday morning, Singapore Minister Eswaran has handed over a master plan of the Andhra Pradesh capital city to AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Not only Mr. Eswaran, many other Singapore companies did this job. Basing on this, now there is a buzz in the political houses that, what is CM doing with these many number of plans?, he may need a good number of days just to refer all these plans given by various companies, then when can he go ahead with the construction works?, would it be possible in the near future?, these are the questions raised by a few of the political critics. As per the information, it is known that, the foundation works for the project are going to be held in the first week of June and the officials had already announced that the construction works would begin soon. But the question is, when is that soon?Plans are many, but where is the time? Though, the intention of officials behind the word 'soon' is a few months away, there might not be any possibility to begin the construction as it takes a quality amount of time to refer and  analyze all the plans. On the other side, if the officials decide to start the construction soon, though not common people, a few of the intellectuals may raise a question that, when the project is so important and going to be historic, why the government is in a hurry to complete it without proper analyzing all the master plans?, few other intellectuals might even clarify that, it is just due to the negligence of AP government.Oppositions target Naidu? Now Naidu's situation is like a cat on the wall. If he start the construction immediately, oppositions may blame him raising the tag called 'negligence', on the other hand, if he delays it, the same oppositions may say that, Naidu is not able to keep up his promise and so cheating the people.  But, we know that Naidu is wise enough to face these type of challenges. Hope he finds a solution and comes out of the issue soon.By Phani
