Every woman might have different views about a perfect man, but most of the men are expecting similar qualities in women which make her look perfect. Here are some of the best qualities of perfect woman, according to a man. Have a look on these and check whether you hold them or lack them. Be attractive: Every man likes to look hot, smart and funny traits in women. Along with that she must be physically attractive as physical appearance is what always molds the first impression. Some people say that physical appearance is not as important as inner soul but in most of the cases men are attracted by looking at the appearance of the woman. Be confident:Physical attractiveness remains as one of coin but on the other side mental attractiveness along with confidence attracts men. Confidence is a way that projects what she’s doing out in the world. Combine attractive woman qualities with confidence to get liked by a man. Be intelligent: Every woman wants his girl to be as equal as him. Do remember that man doesn’t expect Ph.D in studies but a good grasp of common and practical sense. An intelligent and clever men respect intelligent and clever woman. So, be mature while taking the decisions.Be mature: Since women generally mature quicker than men, this is usually not a problem. But something changed in the past couple of decades that resulted in women becoming more and more immature.  Some women do behave in a childish way irrespective of their age. Most of the men dislike this type of character in woman. Maturity comes from the experience we gain from our past situations. So to be a perfect woman in man’s view stay wise and have matured thinking while taking decisions. Be loyal: Loyalty is one of my favorite human traits. One can be loyal to a cause or to another person. But when it comes to a woman, she must possess loyalty to her man. Loyalty means she knows how to think logically instead of being held captive by her whimsical emotions. This depicts that she values and stands for him in any kind of situation. By Lizitha

NJAC still away April 27, 2015 16:15

Chief Justice of India H.L. Dattu has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi categorically refusing to participate in the National Judicial Appointments Commission has stalled any immediate chances of constituting the new judicial appointments body. "In response to the call from your office to attend the meeting to select two eminent persons, I have to say that it is neither appropriate nor desirable to attend the meeting or be part of the NHAC till the Supreme Court decides its validity," CJI Dattu wrote in his letter. Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi informed a Constitution Bench led by Justice J.S. Khehar of refusal of the Chief Justice, who is also the chairperson of NJAC. Without the crucial presence of the Chief Justice, the high-power committee which also comprises with the Prime Minister and the Leader of the single largest party in the Lok Sabha will be handicapped in selecting the two 'eminent persons' as members of the six-member NJAC. CJI's refusal brings to an abrupt halt to the government's plans to constitute the NJAC before May 11 as promised by it to the Constitution Bench. The Central government has already assured the bench that it will not appoint new judges till apex court gives a final decision on the validity of NJAC.Five-judge Constitution Bench, comprising with Justices J. Chelameswar, Madan B. Lokur, Kurian Joseph and A.K. Goel, starting today, will hear arguments on a day-to-day basis for 14 days before the court closes for summer vacations. The NJAC Act, notified on April 13, is meant to replace the Supreme Court Collegiums system of judges appointing judges. It gives the political class and civil society an equal role in judicial appointments to the highest courts.NJAC Act is passed in the parliament and is notified on 13th April 2015. This act will stop the recruitment of judges by judges. Due to this there is a much disgruntle in the judiciary for losing the power of appointment of judges by themselves.By Premji

Finally the verdict of High court regarding the GHMC elections has come out.  The details are as follows. The court specified 6 months duration to conduct the elections, by December 16th , the elections should take place. By October 31st, the reservation of bifurcation of wards should also be completed .If this is the situation, the government lawyer asked for more than 6 months duration, but court rejected the lawyer's request saying that the special officers are already ruling in the state, so at this point of time it is not possible to give additional time. The election commission made a special request to High court asking for at least one and a half month time after October 31st, However the response of the court is yet to be known. The present wards are 150 and after the addition of the new wards, the count increases to 172. The term of GHMC's present body ends on December 3. Why not private jobs ? April 27, 2015 15:55

Government exams, Government exams, Government exams.. the fever is all over. The notifications are doing rounds across the country. Few of them are state wide exams and others are nation wide. Whatever the competition is very heavy in all those exams. If inquired into the details of why these exams has this craze, the point is simple and straight. They are  government exams where the salaries, stability, benefits and rest others are guaranteed. Why these kinds of benefits are not able to be provided by the private jobs ?. If this is the question, lets make an analysis and find if there might be any solution.Salaries in private companies : Needless to say that even the private companies offer good salaries, but whenever the company incurs losses in few situations, then left with no choice, it will cut or at least reduce the salary amount. This is the usual thing that any private company might do at any point of time. But whereas for a government employee, whatever the situations in the state or country, the salaries will never be a problem.Stability : In the critical situations where the company is unable to pay the salaries, it will have to remove few employees to decrease the burden, whereas the government employees can never be removed from the employment unless and until if the person is involved in any illegal activities connected with the job.The benefits and others are anyway available in both private and government jobs, but when compared to private, the benefits of government employees are more.Anyway, not only these, there are other reasons which are drawing people towards government jobs like, non availability of  more private jobs, only skilled and students who secured high percentage are mostly preferred.    By Phani

Radhika Apte. I think she will be renamed as lady Ram Gopal Varma. The reason for this is anyway open. Its not because of her films, but because of something else, she is continuously in the news for some or the other controversy. Previously it was about her fake nude video and later her comments on the Tollywood industry and now she is again back into the news with yet another nude video but this time, it is said to her true video. If the reports are to be believed, there is a sensitive video which is now doing rounds on the WhatsApp. It is actually showing the frontal nudity of Radhika Apte. The footage is actually the part of a short film directed by the Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap. The unit said that it was only made for the international market but never had an idea to release in India.         Speaking on the issue, Anurag Kashyap said that the unit was very careful while shooting the film and only the women crew members were worked for it. The final output of the film was sent to the producer in the foreign countries, but unfortunately the extreme sensitive footage was now released online. Home reading environment boosts child brain activity April 27, 2015 13:13

Do you know the real science behind reading to children? The study done by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center have proved that Home reading environment helps in benefiting the brain development of children. The research was presented at the Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) annual meeting in San Diego. The researches have used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to prove “reading exposure before going to school has a significant impact on how a stories are processed by the brain of a child”. They examined 19 children between the ages 3 and 5 years old. The parents of these children were questioned about the parent-child reading, access to books, reading frequency and book variety, parent-child interaction, and teaching of specific skills like counting or shapes. The brain activity of the children while listening to a story on headphones was measured during an fMRI. But the researchers didn’t consider the visual stimulus. "Areas of strongest correlation with home reading environment were exclusively in the left hemisphere, known to support language. Specifically, in a posterior region referred to as the parietal-temporal-occipital (PTO) multi-modal association cortex," Dr. John Hutton, study author and pediatrician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center said to media. Dr Hutton said that "Home reading environment was positively associated with greater activation of brain areas known to support mental imagery. To understand the story, the children are required to use their imaginations to "see" what is happening, for comprehension."After measuring the cognitive stimulation of children at home, the experts suggest reading at home to boost their brain development.
