Group II exam begins in a short while

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Group II examination will get underway at 1360 centres across the state in a short while from now. Tight security has been beefed up at all examination centres in Hyderabad. Nearly five lakh candidates are appearing for the exam for 781 number of vacant posts.
The APPSC officials have asked the candidates in Hyderabad and Secunderabad to appear much before the exam time keeping in view the chances of candidates getting struck in the water logging at several parts of the twin cities.
While paper one of Group II exam will commence at 2 pm today, paper two will be conducted tomorrow at 10 am.
